Request Cease for joeblogg

You can request to cease your Broadband service here.

DO NOT use the Cease function if you want to migrate this line to another ISP. Please use the Request BT MAC function.

If you are having problems with your service, we would welcome the chance to try to rectify them before you leave us. If it's a BT issue such as low sync speed or line dropping, you are likely to have the same problems with any new provider in the future.

We require at least 5 working days notice and we recommend you request your cease the day before you are next due to be billed.

PLEASE NOTE. A charge will be made where a cease has been requested when a cease is not required.
