Customers who already have a Broadband account with us can send a support ticket via the 'Your Broadband Account' link in the menu.

We also provide support 24/7 on 01626 248601. We don't expect you to call a premium rate number or sit in a queue for hours.

During office hours, telephone support will be connected directly to us in Devon. Out of hours you will have the choice being put through to our 24 hour support line in Telford for urgent attention or leaving us a voicemail for action on the next working day.

You can also send us a message through the 'contact us' menu option on the left.

We aim to answer all support messages within one working day. In most cases, we will be working on your problem within minutes.
